Update templates help to adequate to the new view

These texts are placed in the template editor when creating a new template to help the editor.

A screenshot is attached where you can see the creation of a web content template.

Currently, the layout of the editor has changed, now the variables are on the right panel instead of on the left, so it is needed to adapt the text.
