Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a new user
2. Add a site role “Data Recorder Name” > go to define permission > add Dynamic Data Lists > Dynamic Data Lists Record Set: Add Record
3. Assign the site to the user
4. Assign the role “Data Recorder Name” to the user
5. Add DDL portlet to page add a record to it
6. Login the new user

Expect Result
The user can add the record.

Actual Result
The user can not add the record. There is the message:"Error:You do not have the required permissions."
