Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a widget page > Place a Questions widget on it
2. Add a topic
3. Attempt to post a question > Fill the body using Strikethrough > Publish
4. Navigate to the questions list or details
5. Check the question body

Expected Result:
Strikethrough is present.

Actual Result:
Strikethrough is not present.
