The iframe of select connect site cannot disappear by tap ESC after changing the tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an asset library
2. Attempt to connect to a site by clicking on the Add button

Expected Result:
After changing the tab to My sites, then you can close the iframe by tapping ESC.

Actual Result:
The select site iframe appears and you can close it by tapping ESC on a keyboard now. But after changing the tab to My sites, then you cannot close it by tapping ESC.
