Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a new asset library 
2. Go to the AL> Web content
3. Add a web content article
4. Check the article
5. Click the "Recycle Bin" icon on the bulk editing bar

Expected results:
Web content will be moved to recycle bin

Actual results:
Web content will be deleted immediately 2021-08-23 20-45-24.mp4
