Missing blueprint title and description when localization is not english

Steps (See screenshots for how bug appears)

1. Control Panel > Instance Settings > Localization
2. Change Language to "Spanish (Spain)"
3. Create a new blueprint with title and description
4. Navigate to edit blueprint page

Expected: Title and description are displayed
Actual: Title and description are blank

1. Top-right profile icon > Account Settings
2. Change language to "Spanish (Spain)"
3. Edit the previously created blueprint (or any existing blueprint)
4. Change the title and description
5. Save
6. View the blueprint index page (list of blueprints)

Expected: Title and description are displayed
Actual: Title and description are missing
