Description:
Layout issue when trying to unpublish a workflow in use

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Assign Single Approver to Blogs Entry
3. Go to Site Menu > Content & Data > Blogs
4. Create a Blog Entry
5. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
6. Unpublish Single Approver

Expected Result:
There should be a margin between the error message and the page header

Actual Result:
The error message is too close to the page header.
