Asset Publisher shows other site's web content from the portlet itself instead of the display page template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Site
2. Create a Display Page Template for Basic Web Content on that Site and mark it as default
3. Create a Basic Web Content article on this Site
4. Create a Display Page Template on the guest Site and mark it as default
5. Put an Asset Publisher to the home page
6. Add the new Site to it's scope
7. Open the web content

Expected behaviour: The web contents opens in the new Site's display page template
Actual behaviour: The web content opens in the portlet itself / OR / an error is displayed
