Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Instance Settings
2. Go to section Platform and click on Third Party
3. See the Google Places Settings

OR

1. Go to Product Menu (the left sidebar) > Configuration > Site Settings
2. Go to section Platform and click on Third Party Applications
3. See the Google Places Settings

Expected result
In both settings (Instance Settings and Site Settings), a new dedicated category named Google Places should be added to the section Platform to hold the Google Places Settings.

Actual result
In both settings (Instance Settings and Site Settings), the category named Third Party holds the Google Places Settings.
