Story Requirements Summary

This ticket aims to list all tasks that need to be done to use Picklist integrated between Forms and Objects.

Goals for the story:

Picklist entries must be automatically filled in forms Select From List Fields;
Picklist entries must not be changed on forms sidebar, neither add nor delete picklist options would be possible;
Picklist entries must be correctly sent to the object DB.
