Make use of full width of the screen and Alloy Editor Menu is going under the Site Control Menu

Reproduction steps:

1. To use Alloy Editor as default on your portal-ext.properties add :

editor.wysiwyg.default=alloyeditor
editor.wysiwyg.portal-impl.portlet.ddm.text_html.ftl=alloyeditor

2. Start the portal
3. Go to web content and create a new Web Content
4. Select a text close to the margin of control menu 

 Actual result: Alloy Editor Menu is going under the Site Control Menu and you can't use some buttons
 Expected result: Make use of full width of the screen and Alloy Editor Menu is not going under the Site Control Menu and you can use all the buttons
