Description:
When editing a Field Set by adding a Kaleo Form, items are misplaced and confused.

• Flat elements in the field selector
• When trying to change the values ​​of a field, items are displayed incorrectly

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu >Content & Data > Kaleo Forms Admin
2. Add a new Process
3. In the second step (Fields), select a Field to edit (ex: Contacts)
4. Look at the table of fields available to add to the Field Set
5. Select one of the fields already present in the Field Set and change its values

Expected Result:
Both the table and the elements when editing the values ​​of a field should show a more "friendly" and less confusing way, as we have in the DDL area of ​​the portal.
Actual Result:
When editing a Field Set by adding a Kaleo Form, items are misplaced and confused.

Observation: A check was made in the DDL area of ​​the portal, the tool's source component.
