It's not possible to type Eastern Arabic digits in decimal numeric field

Description
When filling a decimal numeric on a Form with the Arabic language not is possible type the separator.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data > Forms 
2. Add a Numeric Field
3. Select the Numeric field and change it to Decimal
4. Add the Arabic language
5. Publish the form
6. Go to published form
7. Change language to Arabic
8. Fill the numeric with a decimal number using Arabic characters (e.g 123,456)
9. Observe

Expected Result
The decimal number must be filled using Arabic characters 

Actual Result
The decimal number can not be typed using Arabic characters
