Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy 'frontend-editor-ckeditor-sample-web' (liferay-portal/tree/master/modules/apps/frontend-editor/frontend-editor-ckeditor-sample-web) with gradle clean deploy -a
2. Place it on a page (appears on widgets)
3. Clean text in the first paragraph and wait for the insert '+' button to appear
4. Create a table
5. Place a text in one of the rows
6. Highlight the text

Expected result: Toolbar that appears should have options to edit text

Actual result: Instead of text edition options a table edition options appear

Note: the behavior of the functionality has been compared to the behavior of the same option in Alloy Editor. In Alloy Editor one is able to edit text inside the row.
