All errors message are not showing together at once when trying to publish a form with more than one error

Description

When trying to publish a form with more than one error. The error messages are not showing together

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add an empty Paragraph Field
3. Add an empty Select from list Field
4. Add a empty Single Selection field
5. Try to publish the form
6. Observe
7. Fix paragraph error
8. Try to publish the form
9. Observe
10. Fix the Select from list error
11. Try to publish the form
12. Observe
13. Fix the Single Selection error
14. Try to publish the form
15. Observe

Expected Result

All errors messages in forms must be shown at once to the user

Actual Result

Each error message is shown only when the previous one is resolved
