Summary:
Workflow pages get unavailable when inactivating an Object that contains entries with a workflow

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an Object with a field and publish it
2. Assign Single Approver to the Object (through Process Builder page)
3. Add some entries on it
4. Inactivate the Object
5. Go to workflow pages (My Workflow Tasks, My Submissions, Submissions, Workflow Metrics)

Expected Result:
Pages are displayed

Actual Result:
Pages are unavailable
