Description

Language dropdown menu opens in wrong position when editing a picklist item

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Control Panel > Object -> Picklists
Add a Picklist
Edit the created Picklist
Add a Picklist Item
Edit the created Picklist Item
Click the button to change the editing language of the Name field

Expected Result
The dropdown menu with available languages opens below the button

Actual Result
The dropdown menu opens in wrong position
