Summary:
'Select from List' and 'Single/Multiple Selection' entries are displaying its Field Reference on the object's portlet instead of its Field Label

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an Object with 3 String fields and publish it
2. Go to create a Form
3. Add the Object as storage type
4. Add a Select from List field and map to the 1st String field from the Object
5. Add some options on the field
6. Add a Single Selection field and map to the 2nd String field from the Object
7. Add some options on the field
8. Add a Multiple Selection field and map to the 3rd String field from the Object
9. Add some options on the field
10. Publish the Form
11. Add an entry on the Form
12. Go to the object's portlet

Expected Result:
Entries are displaying its Field Label

Actual Result:
Entries are displaying its Field Reference
