Predefined value is not being duplicated on repeatable field

Description

Predefined value is not being duplicated on repeatable field. This happens on several fields (Text, image, select from list, single selection, multiple selection, date, rich text and color)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add a field
3. Go to the Advanced tab
4. Set to repeatable and set a predefined value
5. Publish the form and open the link
6. Click on the repeatable button
7. Observe 

Expected Result

The predefined value should be copied on a repeatable field.

Actual Result

The repeatable field has no value.
