Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new site
2. Create a public content page (only one)
3. Add some content
4. Go to Site Building > Pages without Publish
5. Open Page Tree
6. Can click on the 3 dots

Actual result
A scroll bar appears in the menu so it is not correctly aligned

Expected result
No scroll bar appears so everything is correctly aligned
