As per Global Services (GS), a new client (Magellan Health) has a requirement to integrate with LivePerson.  Since Solutions COE has an OOTB integration with Click 2 Chat providers with 7.4, we will be backporting that integration to 7.3 only for Magellan.  

The backport will live in Magellan's code base and supported by GS until the project completes.  After project completion, this will be supported by Solutions COE dev team.
