Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Control Panel > Instance Settings
2. Go to section Platform and click on Third Party
3. See the Google Maps / OpenStreetMap Setting

OR

1. Go to Product Menu (the left sidebar) > Configuration > Site Settings
2. Go to section Platform and click on Third Party Applications
3. See the Google Maps / OpenStreetMap Setting

Expected result
In both settings (Instance Settings and Site Settings), a new dedicated category named Maps should be added to the section Platform to hold the Google Maps / OpenStreetMap Setting.

Actual result
In both settings (Instance Settings and Site Settings), the category named Third Party (or Third Party Applications) holds the Google Maps / OpenStreetMap Setting.
