Summary:
Picklist field dropdown does not disappear after changing the field type

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an Object
2. Create a new field
3. Choose field type as Picklist
4. Change the field type to a different one

Expected Result:
Picklist Field should disappear when selecting a different field type

Actual Result:
Picklist Field does not disappear when selecting a different field type
