Users can select a Web Content Structure / Document Type that doesn't match the folder restriction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Web Content Structures A and B
2. Create a new Folder
3. Edit the folder and restrict the structures to A
4. Add a new Web Content in the folder (at this point you can only create a content of the type A)
5. Change the Web Content Structure

Expected behavior: The list of structures contains only structure A
Current behavior: The list of structures contains A and B.
