1. Add an asset library > Go to DM
2. Add a folder > add a subfolder
3. Edit the asset library to connect a site
4. Go to the site > Add a widget page with media gallery
5. Configure the MG widget and select the asset library folder as the root folder
6. Go to the site page
   • Assert the subfolder display
7. Add an image to the subfolder via MG
8. Go to the asset library > Go to the subfolder in DM
   • Assert the image display

Test Scenarios: A user can edit the image stored in asset library folder via MG on a connected site

Test Steps:

1. Add an asset library > Go to DM > Add a folder
2. Add an image to the folder
3. Add a non-image file like .doc to the folder
4. Edit the asset library to connect a site
5. Go to the site > Add a widget page with media gallery
6. Configure the MG widget and select the asset library folder as the root folder
7. Go to the site page
   • Assert the .doc file does not display
8. Edit the image name via MG
9. Go to the asset library > Go to the folder in DM
   • Assert the edited image display

Test Scenarios: A user can move video stored in asset library folder to recycle bin via MG on a connected site

2. Add a video to the folder
3. Edit the asset library to connect a site
4. Go to the site > Add a widget page with media gallery

7. Move the video to recycle bin via MG
8. Go to the asset library > Go to the folder in DM
   • Assert the video does not display

3. Connect the site to the asset library
4. Enable local staging of asset library
5. Enable local staging of site
6. Add a folder in staged asset library > Add an image to the folder
7. Publish the asset library to live
8. Go to staged page > Place an MG on it
9. Configure the MG widget and select the asset library folder as the root folder
   • Assert the image display on the staged site
10. Publish the site to live
11. Go to live
    • Assert the image display

Test Scenarios: An image in a depot can be published in Media Gallery when remote staging is enabled
