Summary:
Workflow pages (My Workflow Tasks, My Submissions, Submissions) get unavailable when the Object is inactivated more than once

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an Object.
2. Add a field.
3. Publish the Object.
4. Go to Process Builder.
5. Go to Configuration.
6. Assign Single Approver to the Object
7. Go to Object Portlet.
8. Add an entry.
9. Go to the Object.
10. Inactivate it
11. Save the Object.
12. Go to Submissions.
13. Back for the Object.
14. Activate the Object.
15. Inactivate the Object again.
16. Back to the Submissions.

Expected Result:
The Submissions Page is displayed empty

Actual Result:
The Submissions Page gets unavailable
