Description
Summary:
The user is able to select an already related entry on the Relationship modal
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create an Object A and an Object B
- Create a Relationship One to Many or Many to Many from Object A with Object B
- Create a Layout with a Relationship tab on Object A
- Publish both object
- Add entries on both Objects
- Go to Object A
- Click on an entry
- Click on the Relationship tab
- Add an entry from Object B
- Click on the add button again
Expected Result:
Already related entry is not displayed
Actual Result:
Already related entry is displayed
