Password field remains empty

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start up a Liferay 7.2 instance
2. Go to System Settings -> LDAP -> Servers
3. Assert that the Security Credential field is empty
4. Enter some text and save it

Expected Result: should show an obfuscated password field (asterisks or bullets)
Actual Result: the field remains empty

The issue was introduced by LPS-106870 and disappeared on 7.3 with LPS-108482 which changed from Soy to React.
