Description:
The link to Configuration tab is displayed when the Workflow is assigned to more than one asset

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder > Configuration
2. Assign Single Approver to Calendar Event
3. Go to Site Menu > Configuration > Workflow
4. Assign Single Approver to Content Page
5. Go to Open Menu > Workflow > Process Builder
6. Unpublish the Single Approver

Expected Result:
The message "Error: Workflow is in use. Remove its assignment to these Assets: Calendar Event and Content Page"

Actual Result:
The message is displayed with a link (Configure Assignments) to the Configuration tab
