Summary:
Object with entries that were completed through workflow will make workflow pages (My Workflow Tasks, My Submissions, Submissions) gets unavailable when inactivated

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Objects Admin
2. Create an Object and select a panel
3. Publish it
4. Go to Workflow > Process Builder > Configuration
5. Assign Single Approver to the Object
6. Add an entry to the Object
7. Approve the entry through My Workflow Tasks
8. Go to Objects Admin
9. Inactivate the Object
10. Go to workflow pages (My Workflow Tasks, My Submissions, Submissions)

Expected Result:
Page are displayed

Actual Result:
Pages are unavailable
