      Step to reproduce:

      1. Enter a Liferay instance
      2. Enable information template
      3. Add an informatiom template
      4. Export and download the template
      5. Delete the current template
      6. Import the template

      Expected Results:
      The information template is imported.

      Actual Results:
      The information template is not imported.
