User Story

As a user on my mobile device, I want to be able to enter my basic contact information for my BOP quote so that I can get a quote from Raylife on the go.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Viewing the basics info page from a mobile device (phone/tablet) should match the mockups from UX.
• Users should be able to fill out and complete the fields on the Business Basics page on a mobile device 
• We need to talk again about the fields arrangement and how we are going to create pagination for the forms
