User Story

As a user on my mobile device that is trying to get a Raylife quote on the go, I want to be able to see a loading page after I submit all of the information so that I know my insurance quote is currently being processed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Viewing the Loading page from a mobile device (phone/tablet) should match the mockups from UX
• Users should be able to click on the Menu to see the additional menu links
• Navigation should function similar to desktop, but the styling should match the mobile/tablet designs
• Info panel should be following the standard for the rest of the flow (Get a quote)
