Provide an easy way to use the navigationMenuSelector configuration in a custom fragment.

Currently the logic for using the navigationMenuSelector fragment is contained in 3 java classes and therefore cannot be properly used without developing a custom module. It would be helpful to encapsulate the logic for using this configuration in a way that could be reused by anyone who wants to use this configuration in their custom fragment. 

It could be possible to make this happen by moving the logic to a util class and then providing a taglib or contextContributor that could call the util to render the navigation menu.
