View effects of modifying a Stylebook token value on Page Templates, Templates and Fragments

Motivation

The goal of this story is allowing users creating or editing a stylebook to preview the effect of their choices on the available sets of fragments.

Design

there will be a new option "Fragments" in the preview dropdown in the stylebook editing page
When selecting this option, the second dropdown will show the list of the available fragment sets:
- 4 more recently used (in the stylebook editor) fragment sets
- Help text: Showing 4 of [number of available sets] sets
- "More" button
- the default view will be the last used fragment set or the first in the list of Default fragment sets
When clicking on "More", a selector modal will show with all the available fragment sets
When one fragment sets get selected, the preview of all the fragments in that set is displayed (please check style indications in https://www.figma.com/file/gB5QP1hwsu52GL0Ct5U5as/LPS-132419-Access-and-test-my-Designs-when-modifying-a-Stylebook-token-value?node-id=387%3A117142)

Note that we are changing the name "Fragment Collections" by "Fragment Sets" in the fragments page and thus in the menus involved in this story.
