Motivation:

Mail server configuration in Liferay DXP is performed at the Server Level (Server Administration > Mail). Therefore, all virtual instances in the Liferay Instance share the same mail configuration.

In a multi-tenant scenario like Liferay Online, where each virtual instance is completely independent from the other, ideally the mail configuration should be different per virtual instance.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A Mail option is available in the Instance Settings, with the same options as the current Server-Administration Mail option
• Server-Administration Mail option preserves its current behavior, for backwards compatibility. If a virtual instance has not configured its instance-level Mail, the server-level configuration will be used.
