Custom field values of Documents Folders not saved

Steps to reproduce:

1.: Create a new "True/False" custom field for "Documents Folder" type, set it's Field name as "Test" and set it's default value to False.
2.: Go to Documents and Media and create a new folder.
3.: Edit the folder created above, and set its "Test" custom field value to True, then save. A success message appears.
4.: Edit the folder again.
Result: the value of the "Test" custom field shows as False - the change we made in step 3 didn't take effect.
