CKEditor have undo actions when have initial data

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Product Menu > Site builder > Pages
2. Click on Home actions menu > Translate 

Expected Result:
The element-text that uses CKEditor doesn't have any undo items

Actual Result:

The element-text that uses CKEditor doesn't 2 undo items.

If you click in undo, the content of CKEditor becomes undefined, if you click another time is the content becomes empty.
