Predefined value not changing correctly when using more than one language in Single Selection, Multiple Selection and Select From List fields on forms

Description

When using a Single Selection, Multiple Selection, or Select from list fields the predefined values are not changing the language correctly on forms

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add a Single Selection field
3. Add 2 options on the Single Selection field
4. Add a translation to forms (e.g. pt-BR)
5. Edit the Single Selection options values in PT-BR
6. Go to the Advanced tab
7. Observe the predefined values options
8. Add another language (e.g. zh-CN)
9. Go to the Advanced tab
10. Observe the predefined values options

Expected Result

The predefined values options must be in the default language (en-US)

Actual Result

The predefined values options are the same as the last added language (pt-BR)
