Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an asset library
2. Edit this asset library
3. Assert the text about Asset Auto Tagging setting

Expected result: 
Update text of Asset Auto Tagging, make it to be consistent with other settings, like "Enable Auto Tagging".

Current result: 
The text is: "Enable Auto Tagging of Assets on This Asset Library", which is not consistent with other settings.
