Multiple associated asset types are rolled back to single in Vocabulary if saved without adding newone

Reproduction Steps:

1. Set up DXP 7.3 with fp 2
2. Go to Control Panel --> Categorization --> Categories and add a new Vocabulary by clicking "+" beside Vocabularies and perform the following:
   a. After adding a vocabulary name scroll down to ASSOCIATED ASSET TYPES --> Choose Asset Type drop-down menu and select any asset.
   b. Click on the "+" icon on the right side and add another asset type (you can more assets by repeating this step).
   c. save it
3. Click on the 3 dot menu beside the new Vocabulary and click "Edit", then save it.
4. Click again on "Edit" beside the new vocabulary.

Current behavior: Only the first added associated asset type is saved and displayed. No browser or log errors.
Expected behavior:  All added associated asset types should be saved and displayed.
