The OK and Cancel button are not translated when discarding changes in page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a language selector and select a language not English
2. Go to Site Builder > Pages
3. Add a content page
4. Add a fragment to page but not publish it
5. Go to Site Builder > Pages
6. Click the ellipse menu for the created page
7. Choose "Discard Draft"
8. Check the translations for OK and Cancel button in pop up

Actual result:
The OK and Cancel button are not translated when discarding changes in page.

Expected result:
The OK and Cancel button are translated when discarding changes in page.

QA note: This is also reproducible when deleting a web content or deleting asset in recycle bin or merging tags.
