Importing LAR increases the size of the document library with the option Delete Application Data Before Importing

Reproduction Steps:

• Set up DXP 7.1 with the latest fix pack 25 

• Go to Control Panel --> Documents and Media --> select Documents and Media and upload multiple documents "Upload images" then publish (Check the DL size)
• Go to Documents and Media and click on the 3 dot menu on the upper right of the page and select Export / Import and export the files then download the LAR file (check DL size).
• Now import the LAR file and before importing check the box for the option "Delete Application Data Before Importing" under "DELETIONS" then import.
• Check the DL size after the import is successful.

Actual Result: The Size of the document library increased. It seems that the imported LAR is created in the DL every time we import it.

Expected Result: The size of the DL should not increase after the LAR import.
