The Cancel button is not redirecting the user to the previous page

Description:
The Cancel button is not redirecting the user to the previous page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open menu > Workflow > Process Builder
2. Click on New Workflow button
3. Click on Cancel button

Expected Result:
The user should be redirected to the previous page

Actual Result:
The user stays at the same page

Verified on master: 24afea0b01c3f56bcf77b5d0c2207e305594156f
