Description

When using the Decimal numeric field the decimal separator is not being saved correctly in View Entries

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Content & Data >  Forms > Add new Form
2. Add a Numeric field
3. Change numeric to Decimal type
4. Select the numeric field
5. Go to the Advanced tab
6. Enable Input Mask
7. Select the Decimal separator (e.g. , )
8. Select the number of decimal places
9. Publish the form
10. Go to published form
11. Fill the numeric field with decimal values
12. Observe the Decimal separator
13. Submit the form
14. Go to view entries
15. Observe

Expected Result

The showed decimal separator in view entries must be the same submitted by the user 

Actual Result

The showed decimal separator in view entries is not the same submitted by the user
