Steps to reproduce:
- start the server and login with the admin and make sure you are on the guest site (Liferay DXP) and not global
- navigate to control panel -> system settings -> page fragment
- Turn on the Propagate Fragment Changes Automatically
- Deploy the fragment sample-liferay-fragments.7z
using the Fragments Toolkit.
- Insert this fragment in a page, edit the fields then publish.
- Deploy the fragment again.
- Access the same page.
Expected Results:
The user can edit the fragment.
Actual Results:
The fragment cannot be edited, and changes that were made to editable fields are not persisted
