Edit Product Options - Language selector and inputs does not works in modal

Steps to reproduce:

create a Minium Site

Then go:

1. in Commerce > Products
2. in Options tab, 
3. add an Option and edit it
4. scroll down to Options section
5. add an option
6. try to edit inputs in modal 

Actual result:

1. The text inputs does not works at all and they disappear on hover
2. Language translation button does not open dropdown on click

Opening iframe from Edit option (eg size) page:

trying to add an option by clicking on plus icon, nothing happens and an error comes up from console

 

Expected result:

All works as expected
