Several collapse icons not working when defining permissions in roles

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Menu -> Control Panel -> Roles
2. In Regular Roles Tab, select Guest and go to Edit
3. Navigate to Define Permissions tab
4. Click around on some of the collapse icons on left side.

Expected Results: All collapse icons should appropriately minimize the section.
Actual Results: Some sections do not collapse when clicking the icon.

Reproducible across all roles tabs(Regular, Site, Organization, Asset Library, Account) when editing a role where permissions can be defined.
