Description:
Buttons to choose, cancel and close on Modals at Kaleo forms are not working

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu >Content & Data > Kaleo Forms Admin
2. Add a new Process
3. In the third step (Workflow), select a Workflow to edit (ex: Single Approver)
4. Click on the Choose, Cancel or Close buttons (Fail 1)
5. Refresh the page and click on next
6. In the fourth step (Forms), create a form to the created step, select then edit him
7. Click on the Choose, Cancel or Close buttons (Fail 2)

Expected Result:
The buttons should work

Actual Result:
The buttons aren't working
