Fragments lose styles after deleting

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Upload the attached fragment or create a fragment that includes styles to change the background color of the fragment.
2. Edit a content page.
3. Add the grid fragment to the page.
4. Place your fragment in the 2nd column.
5. Place another instance of your fragment in the 3rd column.
6. Refresh the page.
7. Delete the fragment in the 2nd column.

Expected Result:

• The fragment in the 3rd column should keep its background color styling.

Actual Result:

• The fragment in the 3rd column loses all styling.
• This loss of styling continues even after refreshing the page until the page is published.
